The Adobe App has suddenly stopped working. I used it without problems until 13:35 GMT on 16.1.22 and from about 14:00 it stopped working. Is not opening at all. I have important data/files stored so I am reluyto uninstall and reinstall. Any thoughts?

Sorry for the trouble. As mentioned the Scan app is not working properly, would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?
1. OS name and version?
2. Application version?
3. If possible, could you share a video that shows the issue clearly.
Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.
