I have been using the app for a while and now it does not work. After scanning and tapping Save PDF, it bring me back to where the list of amorcito scans should be, but nothing displays, neither on the Recent or All Scans. I tried multiple times to scan and the same results. Restarted the app, restarted the iPhone and still the same. I’m logged in with my Adobe account, my wifi works too.
why is your app broken?

Me too, The last few days this app sucks! I can scan save as PDF, share a copy to my email and it never gets there. A few days ago it took hours to get to my email. Today, nothing! Why does this app suck so much?

- When exactly you started experiencing the issue?
- Did the issue occur after updating the application?
- What is the current version of the application?
- Share the OS version on the device.
Did you check if you can find all your scans on Document Cloud online?
If not, please open this link and sign in with the same Adobe ID that you use for the Adobe Scan application.

1. About 3 weeks ago
2. I'm not sure that the problem arose after the update, I just changed the battery in the phone shortly before the problem occurred
3. The version of App 19.03.12
4. iPhone SE, model A1723, iOS ver. 12.2

Same trouble with scanned documents held on my iPhone

Today, 4/30/19
- Did the issue occur after updating the application?
I downloaded the application first and then scanned. I presume the most up-to-date version was downloaded
- What is the current version of the application?
Version 1903 12
- Share the OS version on the device.

Did you check if you can find all your scans on Document Cloud online?
Yes none of the documents are in document cloud, in fact if I try to sign out of Adobe scan it tells me that seven documents are waiting to be uploaded and that I will lose them if I sign out. So I cancel the sign out.
I have signed in with my enterprise ID on both my phone and document cloud
I have checked to ensure that I have strong Wi-Fi signal I am right next to the wireless router.
From this location next to the router I fast internet (11mbs upload). I have flipped between recent and all several times. I have restarted my phone and done the same flipping back and forth. I have tried to scroll down to the bottom of the recent document screen but there’s nothing there so there’s no scrolling.
And still the documents remain hidden from me which I can only tell because the quit screen tells me they are there. I cannot see them or do anything with them. This will be a good fix so we could just see them held waiting to be uploaded. We would all relax if you did that.

I have the same issue and am frustrated that you haven’t had a response as have some important work stuff to scan!!! Anyone have any ideas?

Sorry for the trouble caused.
We had released an update for the Adobe Scan that is available on the App Store.
Please make sure that the application is updated.
If you still experience the issue, please help with some details as asked below.
- Share the exact version of the Adobe Scan installed on your device
- Share the OS version on the device
- It would be helpful if you can capture the workflow on your device when the issue occurs. Then share those screenshots or videos of that workflow with us.
To share the screenshot, use the steps provided below:
- Click on the insert icon provided in the reply window as shown below:
- An Insert Image window will appear.
- Then click on Insert Image and browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.
- Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.
Similarly, use the insert video icon next to the insert image icon in the reply window.
We will be waiting for your response.

Apparently the update did not work. pdf files disappear, and they are not in the document cloud. Is anyone else still having issues. Can anyone suggest another good scan app? Thx

My issue is similar earlier today but I'm actually getting a message that the pdf can't be saved. Scan of the document looks fine, I name it, click to save, app does OCR then. I get the message. I tried restarting my phone. No change. I just deleted the app and reinstalled. Now it is complaining it can't log me in but I'm logged in here on my iPad okay.
I've been using the app for a couple of months now and it has worked really well up until today. Help!
