Adobe scan archive disappeared upon app update

I have recently updated adobe scan app on my iPhone 6s. But now I cannot see any of my archive files. I checked the document cloud but nothing is seen there as well.

Can anyone help please?

Sorry for the delay in response.

You have mentioned above that after the recent update you cannot find the archive files.

When you say "archive files" which files exactly you are referring to?

Would you please provide more details about the issue?

Hi dear Meenakshi,

Well, before updating, every time I opened the app (Adobe scan) I could see the list of the documents that I had scanned previously. I could manage them all. By archive, I mean that.

Following to the update, when I opened the app, nothing was seen there.

I have no backup available and I would appreciate it if you could help please.

Would mind sharing the more details asked below? This will help us to investigate this issue further.

- The current version of the Adobe Scan installed on your device

- Share the OS version on the device

- It would be helpful if you can capture the workflow. Then share those screenshots or videos of that workflow with us.

- Did you try to sign in to Adobe Scan application on any alternate mobile device to check?

- Also, did you check if you can view your scanned PDFs online on Document Cloud?

Open this link Adobe Document Cloud and sign in using the same email address you use for Adobe Scan application.

Then go to Files > Adobe Scan folder. Check if the files are there.

Let us know how it goes.

1. The current vers of adobe scan: 19.03.12

2. OS version: iOS 12.1.4

3. I will prepare pictures of the workflow and I will send it to your email address.

4. It is not possible for me to check on another mobile.

5. I check the document cloud but again nothing was available.

Please update the application directly from the App Store on your iOS device.

Then try to check your files in the application.
