Hi @Marcos5F9B ,

Hope you are doing well and thank you for providing the details.

As you have mentioned that application crashes whenever you try to edit a scan. Kindly check for updates if available, Here is a help document you can refer to:

https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/adobescan/ios/en/managingsubscriptions.html?highlight=update

Then check if it crashes again. If yes, please provide us the iOS version you are using.

Thanks,

Harsh

Hi Harsh,

I really appreciate your answer, but looks like the version you mentioned is not yet in my applestore the latest one is what I mentioned before. Is there something I can do to get the new version?

Thank you,

Hi @Marcos5F9B

It looks like your adobe scan application is updated to the latest version. And for application crash we need few details to understand the issue better:

1. Could you let us know if there is any error message when app crashes?

2. What is the iOS version you are using?
here is a help document you can refer to: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/adobescan/ios/en/troubleshooting.html

3. If you are connected using wifi, try connecting it using mobile data and check if that helps.

4. If possible, kindly share a video of the application crash happeing.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks,

Harsh

2. Reboot the device and then install it again.

3. Sign in with the same email

Then check if the application crashes.

LATEST

Hi there,

Assuming that you have tried the previous steps already, kindly try to reinstall the application then check again.

1. Take a backup of all the scans

2. Uninstall the application

3. Power off your device and then power it on. (Do not restart)

4. Then reinstall the application.

Let us know if that works.

Thanks,

Harsh
