Adobe Scan Ordner öffnet nicht mehr

Ich kann beim Iphone nicht mehr den Adobe Scan Ordner öffnen. Die App an sich läuft gut, aber wenn ich gescannte Dateien an ein Email anhängen will, kann ich den Ordner nicht mehr öffnen. Ich sehe kurz die Symbole und dann kommt "unbekannter Fehler". Ist glaube ich seit dem letzten IOS Update so. Hat das noch jemand bemerkt ?

Das ist bei mir auch der Fall. Adobe Scan sagt ich habe keine Scans, obwohl ich einige habe. Nach einiger Zeit haben die Daten sich aber wieder eingestellt. Versuche mal die App ganz zu schliessen und neu aufzurufen. Wenn es nicht klappt, bitte die iOS version angeben und die Version von Scan.

++ to the suggestions already shared, you might want to try logging out of the application and back in.

 

There was some server maintenance during the time frame you posted the thread, and that could be the reason for such errors.

 

If you still experience the issue,  please share a screen recording of the event and the app version for better understanding and assistance.

I still have the same problem since many month. It´s on my iPad and iPhone as well. Would be nice to get help to fix the problem.. Thank you!
