The Adobe Scan app does not upload documents to document cloud. It says I need to upgrade to PDF Pack because the Adobe Document Cloud free storage limit has been reached but I'm already subscribed to Adobe PDF Pack but it still refuses to save scans.

As you have mentioned above, you get the message to upgrade the service to PDF Pack as the storage limit has been reached.
If you are already subscribed to the service, please ensure that you are using the same Adobe ID(email address that was used to purchase the service) to log in to Adobe Scan.
It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot of the message that appears while uploading the documents.

As you can see it still does the same thing. My log in details are correct so that's not the problem.

We are having the exact same issue with the same error report. No problems with login information and we also already have the subscription to PDF pack. Adobe has confirmed we have plenty of cloud storage it just won't save. Hope Adobe can find a solution.

I have a similar issue where I have zero documents in my storage cloud but Adobe Scan gives me the same error message captured above.
