Despite being a paid subscriber to the suite, and the app confirming that I'm a paid subscriber, it won't allow me to fulfil a scan. Says my Adobe Cloud is full and prompts me to purchase the pdf pack -- which I already have. I have deleted all files in my Adobe Cloud, reinstalled, rebooted, etc. and still can't complete a scan from my iphone. My phone is up-to-date... is the new update an issue?

Hi there,

As you get prompt for the full storage in Cloud, please check if you are using the same account for both the services.

Would like to inform you that Adobe Scan saves the file to Document Cloud, not the Creative Cloud account.

If you have the CC subscription, check if you are using the same Adobe ID for CC application and the Adobe Scan.

You can check the services you are using in the Adobe account over here https://account.adobe.com/

Open the link and sign in with the same credentials that you use for Adobe Scan. Check if the CC susbcription is listed under that account or not.

Let us know if you need any help.

Regards,

Meenakshi
