Earlier Adobe scan worked fine but from the last few months I can't upload or download scans without using a VPN. I have many documents already saved in the app but to access them or to upload new scans I need to use a VPN. This is extremely annoying to me. Please provide a helpful solution for this issue ASAP!

Are you using a organizational managed account or an individual account? If an organization-managed account, you might still need VPN to access the files.
Please let us know if this is not the case so we can investigate further. Also, a few pieces of information would be great:
1. The application version of Adobe Scan;
2. The os [Android/iOS] you are using and its version;
3. A screen recording of what happens when you try to access the application without a VPN.
