all of a sudden all the documents i scanned through adobe scan went missing. i even logged in using my computer onto document cloud and can't find it there too. this is very annoying. please help.

Can you check if you are logged in with the same e-mail address where you have your active subscription?
Also, please update the application to the latest version and then check once.
