Hope you're doing well. 

Per the description, we do have the option to pay monthly and annually. 

When you opt-in for the subscription, you would be given the option to choose. If not, what you can do is, go to the store from where you have purchased, go to the menu or profile-> manage your subscripiton-> change the payment plan to annual.
