App freezes when trying to share

New Here ,

If it doesn't freeze, then no copy or link gets added to email. Now the app just freezes and have to reboot my iPhone 13 Pro. I can scan and save but I can no longer find the saved scan. I have no idea where it saves to. Move worked once but no longer works.

Hi @iRobaato

Kindly confirm that you have signed in with the same email, which you have used earlier to save the scans.

Also, check if you are able to view the scans on https://acrobat.adobe.com

Thanks,

Harsh

I see a scannned file after clicking on the link. My email is hidden as it's through Apple. No, my apple email and the registration email for adobe may not be the same as I used to post this.

Could you share a video/screen recording that shows that the app freezes with the above-mentioned workflow? Also, kindly share a few more details.

1. OS version?

2. App version?

Make sure that the app is up to date.

Thanks,

Harsh
