I have an iPhone 14 Pro and cannot access the Scan app. I get an error stating that access is denied. I have been able to access and use the app in the past and am not sure why this is happening now. I've checked w/ my enterprise admin and they said that I should have access. Help, please!

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.
Can you check with the IT Admin of your enterprise if you have access to Adobe Cloud Storage or DC Online services? Since Adobe Scan is a cloud-based service, allowing permissions to storage and online services should be available to allow access to the app.
Also, are you using any MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) to login to the application or a social sign-in (Google, Facebook)?
