My app got disconnected. How can I get my new scanned files to the document cloud?

Hi Marianak,

 

As you have mentioned above, the app got disconnected. Could you please confirm what exactly you mean here by disconnected? Are you signed out of the application or there is any other issue?

The scanned files will save on Document Cloud only when there is an internet connection available on the device.

If you scan the document using the Adobe Scan application when there is no connection, the files get saved temporarily in the aplication and uploads to Document Cloud when the connection is available.

Just to ensure that you do not loose the scan, we suggest to enable the option "Save original images to Gallery" keep a copy saved on the device as an image. For that, you can enable the option from the Adobe Scan preferences.
