I have been using the app for a while and since last version (18/01/22) from yesterday it does not work.
I am using it on an iphone OS15.1
I stored some important files so I do not want to try uninstall and re-installation process. Any chance this is due to the last release. Any solution?

2. If possible, could you share a video of the issue?

I wonder how long it will take to fix the Adobe Scan bug. Will this be in our lifetimes? If not corrected by next week, will have to shop the App Store for a different (possibly better?) tool. You're killing my efficiency.

Hi,
I've experienced the same issue. It stopped right while I was doing Vic an expense report for work. I tried to delete it and reinstall and it will not let me reinstall. If you have a tablet, download the app and login. It's working on my tablet which means I haven't lost any information as of yet. I think it's a software update with my phone. I'm running 15.2 and that didn't fix it either

Thanks for your patience and cooperation on this.
You may experience this issue while modifying scans and saving that has lots of pages in there that will excess memory usage. As a workaround, you may delete the Scan App and re-install it.
Note- Take a backup of all your scans before reinstalling the application to avoid any data loss. We're working internally to eliminate the root cause as soon as possible.

If the app is closing immediately then try these steps to uninstall the app.
And then install it from the AppStore again.
Let us know if that works.

Hi Harsh,
on my side uninstall then reinstall from apple store app. was ok.
And fortunately I backup all my files before.. as all is reset with his new install.

I am unable to even reinstall the app (from App Store). After pressing "get," it tries to launch but cannot. Just goes to my phone screen - so I cannot download app to even launch it.
