Hi J_tsujimura,

Currently, Adobe Scan app doesn't have the functionality to locate the saved pdf files using file explorer, but you may enable 'save original images to gallery' option under Preferences > move the slider next to 'Save original images to gallery' which will save the captured image under Gallery. Please refer to this KB doc for more info: App Settings — Adobe Scan Help

You may also visit the following link to request a feature: Feature Request/Bug Report Form

Thanks for the feedbac

How can I send a 9-page scan to my google drive?  When I click on "save to drive," it reacts as it is working, yet when I check my drive, there is nothing.  Thank  you.

Hi Jefft,

When you save the scanned document to the Drive using "Save to Drive" option, it will first open the window.

There you can change the Document title and select the location where you wish to save the document.

Then you need to click on Save option provided at the bottom right-hand side of the screen.

Please make sure that you are already signed in to your Drive application on your device.

Also, check if the connection is not intermittent.

Let us know if you are still experiencing the issue.

Regards,

Meenakshi
