Camera Stretched

I've been using the app for a few months prior to the problem. Last week, I reinstalled most apps on my phone as it was causing problems and I saw that the scanner was askewed. (As in it was stretched from top to bottom.)

This is a nuisance. I have tried reinstalling, clearing data, and logging out, but none of them seem to work.

 

Note: The final results turn out to be okay.

Sorry for the delayed response. Could you please confirm if you are still facing the issue? Try updating your application to latest Android version 21.09.20.

Yes, actually.

I have reinstalled it and it shows the same error.

The older versions don't seem to cause any problems, but I actually need the features of the latest update for my work.

It seems that it hasn't rolled out to my device yet because 21.09.20 is the latest version in Play Store.

My phone isn't THAT outdated, so yeah.

Sorry for the delayed response. It is because the android version is 8.0, you are not getting the option to update the application to 21.10. We request you to check the possibility to upgrade the mobile Android version. 

There is nothing much that can be done other than this.
