Problem solved. I had to enable on the iPhone in the Acrobat App "Background App Refresh".

Hi there

I hope you're doing well, and thank you for reaching out.

Could you please share a few more details about the issue you're experiencing? Specifically, which app are you using to view and delete the file?

It would also be very helpful if you could share a short video recording showing the steps you're taking and where the issue occurs. This will help us better understand the problem and assist you more effectively.

Additionally, for self-help and future reference please check the help page (https://adobe.ly/43Rwx2X)

Regards
Amal

I am using iPhone X with iOS 16.7.11 using Adobe Scan Version 25.03.18

I have 1 file that has a "Lock" symbol. I can open the file, see the file. But I cannot delete the file. Please see the pictures attached. Even when the file is opened It does not let me delete the file.

Since yesterday I have a new iPhone 16 with the lates iOS 18.4. When trying to open this file I get the message "Unable to open file. Unable to complete request. Not found."

@denny_7924 It appears the "Lock" symbol on your file in Adobe Scan indicates it might be password-protected or have some form of restriction. Unfortunately, Adobe Scan on iPhone does not have a built-in feature to unlock files directly within the app.

Where would I find the option to enter a password to unlock/delete the file if not on the iPhone?
