I have a new phone. The app has been transferred. My previous scans I did with my old phone have also been transferred but are now locked in my new phone.
I use the free version but have never had a problem accessing my scans.
Both phones are iPhones.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.
Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation;
1. The app version of Adobe Scan (go to Home-> Profile-> About Scan);
2. The iOS version of your device;
3. A screen recording of the event for better understanding.
