Could you please let me know what happens when you try to use them? If you receive any error messages, sharing a screenshot would help us understand the issue better.
I’ve checked your Adobe account linked to the Adobe ID you're using here. It appears that you subscribed to Acrobat Premium just a day ago. Sometimes, logging out of the Acrobat Reader mobile app, rebooting your device, and logging back in with the same Adobe ID and password can resolve such issues.
Could you please give this a try and let me know if it helps?
