Can't use new new features I my use subscribed to

I just subscribed to Activate Premium but the features don't work.

I hope you are doing well and sorry for the delayed response.

 

As described, you get a prompt to subscribe even though you're already subscribed and logged in.

 

Please ensure you're logged into the same account you used to purchase the subscription. Sometimes people have multiple accounts and log into the wrong one by mistake.

 

Try restoring the purchase. Tap on the profile icon > Subscription > Restore purchase, reboot the device once, and see if that works.

I hope you're doing well. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble using the premium features.

Could you please let me know what happens when you try to use them? If you receive any error messages, sharing a screenshot would help us understand the issue better.

 

I’ve checked your Adobe account linked to the Adobe ID you're using here. It appears that you subscribed to Acrobat Premium just a day ago. Sometimes, logging out of the Acrobat Reader mobile app, rebooting your device, and logging back in with the same Adobe ID and password can resolve such issues.

 

Could you please give this a try and let me know if it helps?

Yes I'm having same issue and it keeps saying to subscribe and I click to subscribe and it says your already subscribed because I am but it won't let me use any of those features and keeps making where it says for me to subscribe but I am logged in and I am subscribed!
