Cannot download the Adobe Scan - iOS

I have creative cloud but then I cannot download the app for adobe scan. What am I doing wrong?

what mobile os and what are you using an app store to install on your mobile?

iphone 7 plus version 11.0.3

are you using the itunes app to download and install? if yes, exactly what do you see after your start the install?

No I am trying to download from my iPhone Apps

It will Dow load halfway through then it says cannot download this apps

see if you can find a stable wireless network to use instead of your cell data plan.

As you have mentioned above, you are using the iOS version 11.0.3.

The latest version of Adobe Scan is compatible with iOS version 12 or later.
