Hola.... tengo la aplicación de adobe scan para escanear documentos, la había usado sin problema, hasta hace 1 mes, no me guarda los documentos en la aplicación, me podrian ayudar? Gracias!

As I understand, you are referrin that the files are not saving in the application.

Could you please let us know what happens when you try to save the scan file? Do you get any error message?

If yes, please share the message you get.

Also, share the application and OS version on the device.

 

Please try uninstalling and re-installing the application. Make sure to sign out of the application before uninstalling.

Uninstall the application and reboot the device. Then re-install the application.

Also, check if you are using the latest version of the application.
