Capture 3.0 support

Perhaps(!) a silly question, but is there still any support available for Adobe Acrobat Capture 3.0? I have a hospital still using it and it is suddenly scanning every page into its own file, instead of combining pages into 1 file.

Adobe Capture is an end-of-life application and support for the application has long been discontinued. You may refer to the article for more: Products and technical support periods
