Combine files into a single PDF in Adobe Scan

Easily combine files to a single PDF directly from Adobe Scan.

Now you will be able to combine files directly from the Adobe Scan application. In the recent update, the Combine Files tool has been added that will help you to combine your multiple scans into a single scan file.

From now on, you can take multiple scans at different times and can combine them later on.

Steps to combine multiple scans into a single scan file:

• Launch the Adobe Scan application and go to the home page.
• Open or select the file that you wish to combine with other files.
• Click on the three dots for More option provided either at the right-hand side of the file or at the bottom of the screen (when the file is open).
• Tap on the Combine files tool from the list of options that appear.
• Change the filename for the new combined scanned PDF.
• Tap on Add files button and mark the files you wish to add.
• Tap on Next at the top right corner.
• Check if all the required files are there and you may also remove any files (if required).
• Tap on a combine at the top right corner.

Your files will be combined into a single file and will be saved as a new scanned PDF in Document Cloud.

Note: Feature is only available for the users who have an Acrobat subscription and signed into Adobe Scan using the same Adobe ID.
