Constant Crashing while scanning

I've been using the app with a subscription for several months now with only occasional crashes, but during the past few weeks the crashes have been more and more frequent to the point now where I can't make it more than 25 pages without the app crashing (I usually do scans of 100 pages, and again have been mostly fine until now.) The crashes happen while I'm scanning documents, usually after I finish cropping an image. 

 

I've freed up space on my iPhone (there's 20GB of free space), I make sure there are no other apps open while I'm scanning, I've tried redownloading the app, offloading the app, restarting the phone, and not sure what to do at this point.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

Would you mind sharing specific details for better understanding and assistance:

1. The iOS version your phone is running;

2. The application version you are using currently;

3. A screen recording of the workflow to better help you.

 

Also, can you try disabling OCR once and then check if it helps. 

To do so, go to Profile-> Preferences-> disable the toggle saying "Run Text Recognition"

Hi @Zachary27211828semm,

 

By screen recording of the workflow, what I meant is, you can start your screen recording, then work the same way with Scan as to how you were earlier when the crash happened and get it recorded. 

 

Once that is done, you can share the same video here on the forums for us to understand better.
