Same problem here.  They seem to eventually show up, but it is some time later.

Found them in Adobe Reader - immediately after scan.  That must be the new default.

Same problem here, I think it's the new update problem. I didn't have this issue before, now they appear sometime later in my list.

Hi All,

As you have mentioned above, the files do not appear on the list in Adobe Scan application after you save as PDF.

Uninstall the application and reboot the device. Then re-install the application from the Google Play Store.

Check if you still experience the same behaviour.

Also, check if you can view files online on Document Cloud account.

Open this link https://documentcloud.adobe.com and sign in using the same credentials as used for Adobe Scan.

Then go to Files > Adobe Scan folder.

Let us know if you still experience the issue.

Regards,

Meenakshi

The remove/reboot/reinstall seems to work.  Scanned doc now immediately visible.

Thanks!

Uninstall-reboot-reinstall does not fix the problem for me.  I am using iPad Pro 2nd generation, iOS 13.1.2.

Hi,

Can you please confirm whether you have renamed the original scan folder on the document cloud?

Thanks,

You must be having the doc cloud access with same id with which you have logged in the scan app.

There you can find your scans as well.
