Data Recovery from Adobe Scan

Hello,

Can the photos taken by Adobe Scan be recovered? After taking pictures, there was a message about the small amount of space on the phone. then the application stopped working and the pictures disappeared. The copy was not registered in the gallery. Is there any hope of getting the photos back? I have a Samsung phone, Android system.

Sorry for the delay in response.

As the photos are removed and not saved anywhere on the device, it is not possible to recover those photos. you will need to scan the documents again.

We suggest to enable the option to "Save original images to gallery" under the application peferences, so the files can be recovered from there.
