Delete documents

I delete a few which is scan in Adobe scan but I want to this document so how can I get this document?

Hope you are doing well.  Per the description. I understand that you want to restore a scanned file that you deleted.

Adding to what Bernd said, you may also want to check if the files are available on Adobe Cloud Storage: https://acrobat.adobe.com/.
