Después de la última actualización, al tomar una foto para escanear sale la imagen muy pequeña desde la esquina superior izquierda y el resto en marco negro. Ya intenté desinstalar y volver a instalar pero no sé resuelve. Ayuda! Antes de eso funcionaba pefecta.

As we can see in the image provided that after scanning, it is cropping and showing black blank space. We have tried to reproduce the issue but it is working fine. Would you mind providing some more details to understand the issue better?

1. Make and model of the mobile device?

2. Version of the Android OS?

3. Do you observe the issue with a particular scan or all the scans?

4. Version of Adobe Scan app?

 

Please check if the application is updated to the latest version and then check if the issue persists.

At this moment allí the scans are the same when made from a picture.

4. Version of Adobe Scan app?

Latest versión, I tried to uninstall and reinstall twice, so I have the
most updated version.

Hi Jonathan,

Kindly restart the device and check the phone's camera application, if you see any issue there. Also, open the camera with any other application and check if you observe any issue with the picture. 

if possible, share few more scans images to understand the issue cause.
