Error saving pdf files

Hi,

 

I am having some trouble saving the photographs into pdf files. Every time I try to do it, it returns an error of the file name. could you please help?

As per your description, you receive the error when trying to convert the photograph to PDF using the Adobe Scan application. Please ensure that the application is updated to the latest version.

Could you please share the screenshot of the error message that you receive. Also, let us know the Adobe Scan and iOS version on the device. 

It would be helpful if you can share the screen recording of the complete workflow.

Hi,

Sorry for the problem you are facing.

So to resolve the issue can you try the below steps:-

Preferences -> Edit Default filename -> change the date format to MM-DD-YYYY.
