Hello, I've been using Adobe scan for about a year for free for the help of my office work with my iPhone.
For that purpose, today I scanned about 90 pages of a textbook (since my job is a teacher) and even after it, there was still some pages remaining so I continued scanning. However, while doing it, the app suddenly froze and I couldn't do anything to it.
So I restarted the app, but at then, I found all the documents I'd saved deleted and they weren't found even in cloud services. I put a lot of time and effort in it, so I keenly want the issue settled as soon as possible.
I am not sure if you can tell the situation with my broken English (because my first language is not English), but hope for immediate help.
Thank you,

Hi @Keh82
Hope you are doing well. As mentioned above that the application crashed while doing a scan. Would you mind sharing few details to understand the issue better?
1. Make and model of your device?
2. Application version?
3. Is the application still crashing while scanning.
There might be some temporary compatibility issues with the device and application. However, if you have clicked "Save" after scanning the documents then those files can be retrieved through "Document Cloud" storage online even after the application crashed.
You may check- https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent
If it wasn't saved then, sadly you have to repeat the process and scan again.
Thanks,
Harsh
