Files disappear from the app after saving - Adobe scan

Senast sista uppdateringen buggar Adobe Scan på IOS. Efter skanning när dimbankars till PDF så "försvinner" filen och den dyker upp långt senare igen. Ibland efter flera dagar!

så var det inte innan uppdateringen jag gjorde i okt 2019.

Hi Seekgrowth,

 

Sorry for the trouble caused.

 

As the files disappear after saving it, sign out of the application.

Then uninstall the application and reboot the device.

Re-install the application and then  check.

 

If the issue persists, please share the application and OS version on the device.

I am using an iPad Pro 2nd generation, iOS 13.2.2.  I have tried both scanning in the app and importing photos I took outside the app.  When I touch "Save as PDF", I see a dialog box that looks like it's saving, then I get to the screen that should list all my scans, and it's empty. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and logging out and logging back in.  None of those helped.

After updating the app today, I now get a dialog box that says "unable to save scan" with only an "ok" button to dismiss it.
