Files not available after renaming file

Hi,how can we recover original files?i tried renaming the file and copy to my device, afrer doing so, tried opening the file but it says download failed and file is not available. Help please.

2. Application version?

Update the application and try to reboot your device. Try to replicate the same with the test PDF and share the results with us.
