Bonjour. 

J'utilise Adobe Scan depuis 2 ou 3 ans, pas de manière professionnelle, avec quelques documents numérisés par mois, avec un abonnement gratuit. Je n'ai utilisé que 17 % des 20 Go possibles. 

Ce soir, plus moyen de consulter ces documents, le système me dit que je n'ai aucun document numérisé. Tout marchait bien encore hier.

Que faire ?

I hope you are doing well and am sorry for the trouble.

 

We need some more information to help you better,

 

1- Please confirm whether you are using the Adobe Scan application with the Adobe ID/e-mail ID that you have used earlier.

2- Log in to Document Cloud using the same Adobe ID/e-mail ID; go to Document > Adobe Scan. It contains the complete list of the documents scanned.

 

The Document Cloud allows only 2GB of space for any user without a Premium Tools subscription. Let us know if it works out.
