Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with opening PDFs on Adobe Scan.
Would you mind briefing us more on the issue with a few pieces of information:
1. The app version of Adobe Scan you are using (go to Profile-> About Adobe Acrobat);
2. The OS (Android/iOS) and the version your device is running on;
3. A screen recording of your workflow when you experience the error.
