I cannot open what I scanned with the Adobe scan app

I downloaded the Adobe Scan application to my Android phone. I scanned my documents. I renamed it and sent it to my gmail. I see them all in my gmail and adobe account. But it doesn't open. It constantly gives a "wait" warning.
I can access the Adobe documents I downloaded outside of my phone. I just cannot access the documents I scanned with Adobe Scan on my phone. I can see it but it doesn't open.

1. The app version of Adobe Scan (go to Home-> Profile-> About Adobe Scan(;

2. The Android version of your device;

3. A screen recording of the entire event for better understanding and assistance.
