I recently changed phones. I transferred all of my files from my old one to the new one. They're both iOS. When I tried accessing my adobe scans, they were there but there's a lock icon that's displayed. When I click on them, it just says it cannot be found. I've tried the Document Cloud, and it's empty. What can I do to get my files back? They're very important to me.

Hi @Rie Gnz @Abram34147266ecp3,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the event for a better understanding and assistance?

Also, checking https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents. In the Adobe Scan folder, it would be a good practice, as suggested.

Look forward to hearing from you.

You need to sign in to your Adobe ID.

You can also check on a PC using the Acrobat application (sign in to your Adobe ID), you should find a “scan” tab.

If you connect to your cloud space via https://assets.adobe.com, you should find in “Your files”, “Cloud Documents” a folder “Adobe Scan” with your scanned documents.
