Hello Brandi,

I hope you are doing well. Per the description, I understand that you want to download pictures from Adobe Scan.

There are two ways to download the files to your gallery. The first would be to enable to option that says "Save image to gallery/ camera roll" by going to the preference of the applicaiton.

The second option would be to click the option that says Save JPEG and the scanned copy in JPEG format will be saved to your gallery.
