My primary email was changed, the mobile app refuses to allow me to change the "sent from my email". Still stuck on old invalid email address

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with sending emails.
Have you checked on the Home > Profile > if your email address for the Adobe ID reflects the new email that you are using?
Also, if you are referring to the email app on your device, you will need to manually change the address.
Acrobat has no control over how the Email app behaves for sending email.
