L application ne s'ouvre plus j'ai éteins fais un reset rien ne se passe une mise a jour est elle prévu ?

I hope you are doing well and am sorry for the trouble. As described, you are unable to open the Adobe Scan application.

 

What happens when you try to open the application? Do you get any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot for better understanding.

 

What is the version of the application you are using? Please try to update the application from Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) and reboot the device once, and check.

 

If it still doesn’t work, please make a backup of your scanned documents, and then try removing the application and re-installing it.
