Latest scan lost during saving process

My latest scan has vanished during the saving process. I haven't been able to save the scan since yesterday as the app would just take forever to save the document, but never finished the process. When I tried to save the scan (with a total of 450 pages) today, all of the images just disappeared and the file was not saved to the Adobe Scan app or the Adobe Cloud. Is there any possibility to retrieve the scan?

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

If the file is not available on the cloud storage as well, I am afraid, the file has to be re-uploaded. 

 

Also, this issue was highlighted to the engineering team and the issue is now fixed. Please update the application to the latest version through the Store and check if it works now.
