Linking documents from Adobe Scan Digital PDF Scanner iPhone mobile app to Adobe Creative Cloud

I would like to be able to view documents (PDFs) I have created using the Adobe Scan Digital PDF Scanner mobile app for iPhone in my Adobe Creative Cloud account which I use for Lightroom, Photoshop, etc. How do I link the mobile app to my Creative Cloud accoount so that can sign in there and view or edit them on my iMac?
