I lost all scans made for years, I cannot see them neither on iPhone or on the web...

It is a disaster!

What can I do to retrieve my scans?

Solution proposed by Adobe through my organisation that worked to solve the problem:

Empty cache and history from browser. Then back to documents.adobe.com and use the personal option of my professional account. All files where present.

My scan file has gone completely grey. It contained all my expense receipts. How do I retrieve it? It is absolutely imperative that it comes back to life
