Hi,
I don't see some of the scans on the iOS app but I can find them on online. I have show all option, yet can't find on the app. Tried re-login, reinstalling, no luck. Is this a bug or do I have something setup wrong on the app?

So that we can look into it better, could you please share a screen recording of the entire scenario happening between the application and the online portal.
This would help us deep dive into the scenario and work to get it fixed quickly.

Hi, I can't send you screen recording. But here are the steps to reproduce the issue. I scanned a document using Adobe Scan app. I see the new pdf on my app. Now I went to the online/web at https://documentcloud.adobe.com/. I see the new pdf here as well. I opened the document to view, and it opened as expected. Now, I go back to the Adobe scan app, but I do not see the pdf anymore. Neither in recent scans, nor in view all scans and no results if I search with that name. When I go back to the web, I see the pdf. I tried this with a few others, and the issue is reproducible.

In simple words, create/upload a pdf to https://acrobat.adobe.com/ under the "Adobe Scan" folder. Now go to the app and you won't find it. This seems to be a bug! Document from web are missing on the App.

Sorry for the delayed response.
We tried reproducing the issue on our end but things were working fine for both the uploading part and opening it on either platforms later.
You might once try to remove the keychains from your device and then try to re-login on to the application and check.
