Every time I try to scan a document with adobe scan, my cell phone shuts down.  Even if it is charged at fifty percent.  I'm afraid my cellphone will crash totally.  I have a Galaxy s7 with Android 8.

Hi @Iris21866519o3hh

Hope you are doing well.

As mentioned above that your phone shuts down while trying to scan from the Adobe Scan application. Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. If possible, could you share the video of the issue?

2. Application version?

Kindly check if the application is updated to the latest version.

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Harsh
