Hice un respaldo en Icloud de mi Iphone 13. Cuando restauré la información en mi Iphobe 14 no se restauraron mis documentos escneados en Adobe Scan del año 2024.

By default, all documents scanned using Adobe Scan are saved automatically to Adobe Document Cloud. To access these files:

  1. Log in to the Adobe Document Cloud by visiting this link.
  2. Once logged in, go to the Documents tab.
  3. Navigate to the Scan folder, where you should find all your scanned files.

Please let us know if you need further assistance or if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Thank you a lot for your support. I have just followed your instructions but that I found is the same, that means, a two years "hole" beetween november 2022 and the date I restored de information from my ICloud to my Iphone 14 Pro Max (my new Iphone), that means october 26th.

If you have more than one Adobe ID (associated with different email addresses), you may need to log out of the current account and log in with your other Adobe ID to see if that resolves the issue. This will help confirm that you’re using the Adobe ID associated with your Adobe Scan account.
