No puedo enviar archivo escaneado por correo electrónico

Me ocurre que después de escanear y una vez guardado el archivo,  o puedo enviarlo vía correo electrónico. Se queda con el mensaje "guardando archivo" y se bloquea la aplicación obligándome a cerrarla. Siguiendo las instrucciones del desarrollador, he eliminado el caché de la app, pero sigue igual. Que puedo hacer para que me funcione?  Gracias por adelantado. Saludos

1. The app version of Adobe Scan (go to Home-> Profile-> About Adobe Scan);

2. The OS [Android/iOS] and the version of your device;

3. A screen recording of the situation you experienced.
