Scan is working fine, but even though I have the option turned on in preferences, the original image is not saving in my device gallery. I have all permissions turned on.
Any solution?
Hi Sonnnet,
Sorry for the delay in response.
When you enable the option " Save original images to Gallery" in Adobe Scan preferences, it saves a copy in the Gallary under application collection.
Please check your gallery for the folder for Adobe Scan. The images must be there.
Also, the images of the scan will start to appear after you enable the option. The scans done before enabling the option will not be saved in the gallery.
If you still cannot find the images, please try once to sign out of the

Also, make sure that the application is updated to the latest version.
Let us know how it goes.

Thank you for that. The Adobe Scan folder has appeared in my Gallery. It wasn't there before, maybe because I was using Adobe Scan within Bixby Vision on the Note9. So I'll just use the Adobe Scan app directly and I'm pleased I now have the original image saved to my device as well as the PDF within my Adobe account.
Kind regards
