Opt out from selling and sharing personal information.

It's very complicated how to chose to opt out for selling and sharing my personal information. I filled several forms to opt out but still not sure I have completely opted out from all kind of personal information sharing, globally. Is these a single electronic form that I can use?

thanks for trying to help. 
I did not keep the names of the forms. I went through the documents regarding person information policy and it had several links to optout forms for different personal informations. I think the list of forms was exhaustive but still incomplete. I filled all the forms but received no respons.

is there a specific one form that you know which I can complete to opt out from sharing all my personal information with anyone ?

The information I looked at was very confusing and took several ours to review 

also, are you a representative of Adobe?

Coming back to your second question, the answer is yes. Adobe employees will have the red Adobe Logo with the profile picture and the tag "Adobe Employee."

It is difficult to remember which online forms I filled almost a month ago .

This process seems to be very labor intense and time consuming.

can you advise me how can I cancel my agreement with ADOBE scanning app and get out of this?

Just delegating the app may not be enough
