While signing in to Adobe Lightroom using phone number, is the OTP sent from AD/AX - SPHEEN? Seems a little suspicious because of the plethora of grammatical errors in the message. Also, the successful login message/ successful linking of account message is coming from a different number.

If you feel suspicious, try other verification methods like OTP via Email.
Also, you can try logging in to: https://account.adobe.com/profile/ to remove your cell number and re-add it. If the verification code arrives with the same prefix, you can relax and use the codes from the carrier to authorize your log in.
