Am intend to migrate from the CamScanner application to Adobe Scan app as the former has vulnerabilities. I have downloaded all the documents from the CamScanner website as PDFs - one file at a time. I have uploaded these files to https://acrobat.adobe.com and are visible under "Your Files"
I tried to move these manually uploaded files into the "Your Files" > "Adobe Scan" folder on https://acrobat.adobe.com and try to re-login into Adobe Scan App on my iPhone, but still, the files are not visible.
I moved all the files from "Your Files" > "Adobe Scan" to the "Your Files" folder and try to re-login into Adobe Scan App on my iPhone and the file list was empty.
I moved selected files that were scanned by the Adobe Scan application from iPhone from "Your Files" to "Your Files" > "Adobe Scan" folder and try to re-login into Adobe Scan App on iPhone and the selected files were visible.
This implies that Adobe Scan App is unable to read those files that were manually uploaded from the Computer to the "Your Files" or "Your Files" > "Adobe Scan" folder. Adobe Scan is a free product and not much help is available from customer support.
if anyone in this community has a solution, please let me know else, I continue to use the vulnerable application called "CamScanner" and do not think about moving into "Adobe Scan" due to this limitation.

2. Device name and version. > iPhone 12 Prox Max - iOS - 16.0
3. Since when are you experiencing this issue? > am new to Adobe Scan and am experiencing this issue from 12-oct-2022, from the day I have downloaded and installed Adobe Scan on my phone. I did reach out to Adobe Support and they mentioned Adobe Scan is a Eodn of Life product with limited support and guided me to open a query in Communities
